General Responsibilities

Monitorear eventos, alertas e informes de seguridad en sistemas como SIEM, IPS, NAC, Windows, Unix/Linux, entre otros. Investigar y documentar eventos de seguridad, presentando hallazgos técnicos y no técnicos. Coordinar con equipos internos y externos para la atención de incidentes. Evaluar aplicaciones no autorizadas y colaborar en investigaciones de causa raíz. Desarrollar manuales operativos, metodologías de evaluación y documentación técnica. Atender solicitudes relacionadas con desbloqueos NAC y otros servicios de seguridad. Ejecutar controles clave definidos por la organización, incluyendo controles SOX 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

Bachillerato en Ciencias de Computadoras, Ingeniería en Sistemas o campo relacionado. De uno (1) a dos (2) años de experiencia en tecnologías de información, preferiblemente en roles relacionados con seguridad informática 

Knowledge and Skills Required

Conocimiento práctico en sistemas operativos Linux y Windows. Experiencia con herramientas de seguridad como SIEM, IPS, NAC, DLP y algún EDR (deseable). Conocimientos sólidos en redes y protocolos. Dominio de principios de seguridad informática: cifrado, autenticación, control de acceso, análisis forense. Familiaridad con estándares de seguridad en la nube como PCI-DSS, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, CIS. Habilidad para documentar procesos técnicos de forma clara y estructurada. Capacidad para gestionar incidentes y riesgos de seguridad en entornos empresariales. Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con clientes y equipos técnicos, brindando soporte y seguimiento a sus necesidades de seguridad

Monday to Firday 9:00am-6:00pm 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
