Responsabilidades Generales

Work in coordination with the IT department to develop and support cloud, Windows, or Unix infrastructure. Provide technical assistance on Windows, cloud-based systems, and resolve operational problems. The admin will also assist in the administration of cloud services (PaaS & IaaS) and a Windows server environment. 

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering from a four-year college or university. 4-7 years' experience managing servers, web applications and communication systems. 

Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridas

• Install and configure the Windows & Linux operating system in cloud IaaS providers. • Monitors and analyzes the capabilities and performance of the systems. They compare, evaluate, and implement new technologies, and integrate systems into the computing environment.• Provide all the necessary assistance to the cloud IaaS and PaaS, including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting. Also, helps to maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.• Basic understanding of DevOps practices, tools and Infrastructure as Code. • Cloud Service and Middleware vulnerability management • Cloud cost management and savings • New cloud implementations and support current IaaS and PaaS initiatives with cloud services • Ensures execution of all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for role as per assigned roles within established procedures and within approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established internal controls and documents any employee. • Basic understanding of networking infrastructure, load balancers, applications gateways and firewalls.
