General Responsibilities

As an Accountant, your responsibilities will be: Analyzes financial and accounting information, prepares reports while ensuring all deliverables comply with regulatory and professional standards. Ensure the integrity of information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and supporting the general accounting team. Managing and processing sales commissions, performing reconciliations, journal entries, as well as handling revenue, billing, and related accounting processes. 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting. • Two (2) years or more of experience in the full accounting cycle. 

Knowledge and Skills Required

Knowledge and skills required: • Knowledge of accounting principles, applicable laws, regulations, and practices. • High attention to detail. • Ability to identify areas of improvement or changes in accounting processes. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both oral and written. • Great level of adaptability to changes. 

Additional Information

Monday to Friday 9:00 am -6:00 pm 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
