General Responsibilities

This role involves preparing budget presentations and supporting the business solutions team, conducting in-depth data analysis and forecasting, challenging commercial teams with insightful analysis, and supporting business project execution. 

 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

 

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting, or related. CPA certification is highly preferred. Two (2) years or more years of experience as a Financial Analyst or related duties. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and business performance tracking. Advanced experience in MS Office Excel (Vlookup, Pivotable, etc), also experience preparing dashboards in Power BI is highly preferred. 

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

Accounting & Finance Fundamentals Understanding financial statements, GAAP/IFRS principles, and corporate finance concepts is non-negotiable. Budgeting & Forecasting expected to build and manage budgets, forecast performance, and analyze variances to guide decision-making. Financial Modeling Proficiency in creating 3-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and scenario analysis is critical. Business Acumen Knowing how different departments operate and how financial decisions impact overall strategy helps you become a trusted advisor. Data Analytics & Visualization Skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools allow you to turn raw data into actionable insights. 

 

Additional Information

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
