General Responsibilities

Analyze business results and processes to identify business needs or problems and propose solutions for the Products & Innovation team's in card network authorization and settlement rules. Identify and analyze possible customers or stakeholder's needs, alternatives to a variety of situations, and possible enhancements. Develop proposals for new services, contract renewals or new developments. Present business solutions to customers and serve as a liaison with the technical team to ensure the appropriate implementation of the identified solution. 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, business: accounting, finance, economics, and statistics. Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in business analysis or project coordination. A Master's degree or MBA, preferred, but not required. 

Knowledge and Skills Required

Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel. Capacity to build and manage dashboards, utilize Power BI, and Possess Project Management experience, with strong analytical and mathematical skills. Bilingual (Spanish and English). 

Additional Information

Monday to Friday 8am -5 pm. 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
