General Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for: • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events. • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives. • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met. • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media. • Ensures execution of all key controls, including but not limited to SOX controls for the role as per assigned roles within established procedures and approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established internal controls and documents any employee.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field • One to two years of previous experience in corporate marketing, branding, or a related industry preferred. • Previous experience in corporate events coordination is highly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Knowledge in advertising and sales Promotion principles, branding and positioning of organizational products, strategy and communications. Knowledge of Customer Experience Management, surveys, questionnaires. • Able to communicate and develop action plans to address customer satisfaction issues with the operational areas. • Ability to deliver effective customer relationship management, inside and outside the organization. • Knowledge and expertise in digital marketing, event management and integrated marketing communications. • Has the ability to use various social media platforms and websites to help market and promote the company's products and services. • Track engagement, reach and response metrics related to publications. • The ability to use arrange words and letter in a way that's visually appealing and legible to assure optimal reading. • Can create brand identity, like logo and visual design, for the company's different products and services by researching and developing features that clients can associate with the company. • The ability to follow the company's branding guidelines. • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) The ability to improve the company's visibility in different search engines when people search for related products, services, and information to attract more customers and clients. • Oral & written comprehension and expression (Spanish and English) • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. • The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. • The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand. • The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. • Knowledge of the structure and content of the Spanish and English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Additional Information
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
