General Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist helps develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Their work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define evertec's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market. 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field At least 3 years of experience in Marketing and Communications. 

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events. • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives. • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met. • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media. Ensures execution of all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for role as per assigned roles within established procedures and within approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established internal controls and documents any employee. 

Additional Information

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
