General Responsibilities

Diagnóstico y solución de problemas técnicos relacionados con componentes LAN/WAN, sistemas de red y software. Instalación y administración de dispositivos de red, sistemas operativos, soluciones de respaldo. Documentación de incidentes y gestión de configuraciones. Soporte técnico según el rol y complejidad del incidente. Recomendación de soluciones técnicas alineadas a necesidades del negocio. Identificación proactiva de necesidades del usuario y mejora de experiencia. Implementación de medidas preventivas para evitar incidentes. 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

Bachillerato en Sistemas de Información o Ciencias de la Computación. Uno a Cinco años en gestión de redes, dependiendo del nivel del puesto. Deseadas certificaciones de productos (ej. Cisco, Fortinet, Network Plus etc.) 

Knowledge and Skills Required

Capacidad para investigar, sintetizar información y aplicar razonamiento deductivo. Efectiva en español e inglés, tanto oral como escrita, con habilidad para interactuar con diversos públicos. Resolución de Problemas: Ingenio y aptitud para manejar múltiples prioridades simultáneamente 

Additional Information

Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00am-4:30pm 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
