General Responsibilities
Following precise instructions provided per job to be processed (i.e. the correct type of paper, envelope, postage, etc). Performing balancing procedures for each job processed Conducting visual inspections of rejected letters making sure all documents withing an envelope belong to the same customer. Executing and documenting quality control validations through the production process. Making sure that all the processed jobs meet the required quality standards. Manually inserting documents into an envelope or box, and/or applying postage using a desktop metering machine. Manage printers, insertion and/or sorting machines, among others. Maintaining accurate records of job processes and exceptions.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
High School Diploma or Associate Degree in process from a certified college or university
Knowledge and Skills Required
Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly. Communicate effectively both oral and written in Spanish; English not required but desirable. Speaks correctly, fluently and provide clear information to different audiences in a comprehensive and assertive way, including but not limited to internal and external clients, team members, executives, consultants, among others.

1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
