General Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of scheduled batch processes in production environments. This role focuses on the coordination, monitoring, and technical support of scheduled runs, ensuring they are completed on time and without errors, in accordance with the workflows defined by development and operations teams. •Monitor the execution of scheduled batch processes in production environments, ensuring their successful completion within established timeframes. •Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure batch workflows are executed according to defined guidelines. •Serve as the first point of contact to resolve minor technical issues related to batch runs, including specific adjustments as directed by the development team. •Use tools such as Data Express to execute, track, and validate batch processes, ensuring their integrity and traceability. •Verify and distribute reports generated by batch processes, especially those related to key business transactions. •Identify deviations or failures in process execution and escalate them immediately to the appropriate teams for resolution. •Record relevant events, detected errors, and corrective actions taken, contributing to continuous improvement and operational traceability. •Ensure that automated processes run without interruptions, directly supporting the stability and continuity of business operations.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
•Associate degree or equivalent of two (2) years of college education specialized in IT or Information Systems from an accredited institution. •Experience working on technical support areas is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills Required
•Ability to follow logical sequence of events and communicate effectively with technical staff from Programming and other operational areas Problem solving skills in technical areas (systems and applications) •Knowledge of the Operations Automated Systems such as: Control M (Scheduling-Mainframe), Control-T, Control-B and CONTROL M/E (Scheduling-Servers). •Knowledge of one or more of the following software's: Excel , Power Point and Word. •Knowledge of administrative processes, such as: file and record management, transcriptions, forms design and others •Customer oriented.

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
