General Responsibilities
Provides end-to-end support and oversight, while performing monitoring activities, creates reports to inform of any possible findings. Investigates potentially suspicious financial activities and supports the SOX and Financial Reporting Senior Manager on ITGCs of the Copmany relevant to SOX.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or IT with a concentration in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Provides comprehensive support in implementing and maintaining internal controls aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, ensuring financial processes and IT processes meet regulatory standards. Conducts ongoing monitoring of internal financial transactions and generates reports to highlight potential findings or irregularities that may pose compliance risks. Works closely with finance, internal audit, and compliance teams to strengthen controls, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with corporate policies and external regulations. Ensures execution of all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for role as per assigned roles within established procedures and within approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established internal controls and documents of any employee.

Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
