General Responsibilities
Answer, evaluate, prioritize and make the initial assessment of incoming telephone and web requests, attempting to resolve them or route them to the appropriate support groups, based on established service levels or specific timeframes. Use service management.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
Associate Degree or Bachelor's, preferably in information's systems or computer technical field. Attitude of service, excellent analysis, teamwork, that has management of writing, spelling, and experience in technical support, Ability to handle and coordinate various tasks correctly, technical knowledge, problem solving skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic and teamwork environment.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Multitasking skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Knowledge in POS terminals preferably Medium knowledge in office 365 package.
Additional Information
10:00pm-7:00am Jueves-Domingo
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
