General Responsibilities
Tareas y responsabilidades del Representante de Servicio al Cliente: • Actuar como enlace entre ventas, operaciones y clientes, canalizando y gestionando solicitudes de servicio con las distintas áreas para garantizar el cumplimiento de acuerdos y expectativas. • Aperturar carpetas con especificaciones claras sobre procesos y servicios ofrecidos. • Revisar y actualizar diariamente el inventario de órdenes recurrentes (checklist), asegurando su procesamiento oportuno y dando seguimiento a EDP, TSO, Data Express, Printing Solution, producción y clientes cuando sea necesario. • Registrar y documentar todas las órdenes entregadas a la operación. • Responder con prontitud y profesionalismo a llamadas y correos electrónicos de clientes internos y externos, gestionando servicios según las necesidades. • Hacer seguimiento continuo de órdenes recibidas para proporcionar actualizaciones de estatus a los clientes. • Coordinar la mensajería, asegurando la adecuada organización y archivo de documentos de trámite, como guías de despacho y otros. • Proporcionar reportes, certificaciones y actualizaciones de estatus de órdenes a los clientes que lo requieran.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
Título mínimo de grado asociado. Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Dominio en el uso de computadoras y herramientas tecnológicas, dominio del teclado. • Dominar el uso de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Excel, Outlook y Word. • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, gestión de solicitudes y resolución de problemas

Lunes a Viernes de 4:30PM - 1PM
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
