Are you ready to shine? 🌟 As a Service Center Technician your responsibilities will be: •Respond to incoming telephone and web requests, assessing and prioritizing them. •Attempt to resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate support groups within established service levels. •Utilize service management tools effectively. 

 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

 

Education and Experience Required

What you should bring: •Associate degree or bachelor's, preferably in information systems or a related computer technical field. •Recommended experience in customer service and technical computer work. 

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

You can make a difference if you have: •Proficient multitasking abilities. •Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. •Completed courses in networks and computer maintenance. •Moderate proficiency in the Office 365 suite. •Familiarity with Helpdesk software like CA Service. Additional Information

11:00am-8:00pm Wednesday to Sunday 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
