Analyst

As an Analyst, you will support a customer-focused product and operations team serving financial institutions. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will coordinate client needs, solve operational issues, and help improve processes across technical and business areas.

What will you do in this role? 

• Provide first-line support for product and operational issues, escalating incidents and exceptions when needed. 

• Gather, organize, and analyze information about current procedures, problems, and client needs. 

• Evaluate data and available solutions to recommend process, system, or organizational improvements. 

• Document findings, procedures, and recommendations, and support the smooth implementation of approved changes.
