Production Support Technician

Short Description

Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of scheduled batch processes in production environments. This role focuses on the coordination, monitoring, and technical support of scheduled runs, ensuring they are completed on time and without errors, in accordance with the workflows defined by development and operations teams. Acts as the first level of technical support for programmers, with the ability to make minor adjustments or specific modifications upon direct request from the development team. Although this role does not monitor applications or infrastructure, it safeguards the integrity of batch processing using tools such as Data Express and ensures the delivery of critical reports, such as those generated after transaction runs. This role is key to business continuity, as it ensures that automated processes run correctly and that any deviation is addressed immediately and efficiently.
