Responsabilidades Generales

The Product Manager Expert leads the development, launch, and strategic evolution of complex products, with a focus on operational excellence and customer-centered innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of diverse markets, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to users' specific needs. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and ensure outcomes are aligned with business objectives. 

 

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) equivalent professional title in the corresponding country in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. A minimum of five (5) years with related experience in Payment Media Industry, Product Management or the areas of Business or Product requirements, Product Analysis or Agile Methodology. 

 

Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridas

Experience in Payment Media Industry, Product Management or the areas of Business or Product requirements, Product Analysis or Agile Methodology. Proficiency with industry-standard project manager tools and software Project management experience, including resource allocation, planning, scheduling, and risk management. • Is a recognized subject matter expert in work typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. • Manage large projects or processes with limited manager supervision. • Train, review and delegate work to lower level professionals. • The problems they face are difficult and often complex. Usually, problems are solved from previous experience and in-depth analysis of the problems. 

 

Información Adicional

Lunes a Jueves de 9am a 19pm y Viernes de 9am a 17pm

Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar horario extendido, fines de semana y/o feriados y disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.

 

El empleado debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos para participar en el proceso de reclutamiento:  

Mínimo de doce (12) meses como empleado regular de la Compañía en su puesto actual.  Obtener una calificación de "Cumple Expectativas" o "Excede Expectativas" en la evaluación de desempeño de los últimos dos años.  No debe tener acciones disciplinarias durante el pasado año de empleo.  Cumplimiento con el Código de Etica y Estándares de Conducta.
