Responsabilidades Generales

· Develop and maintain product documentation, including guidelines, training materials, use cases, and business cases to support internal teams and external stakeholders in understanding and utilizing the product effectively. · Manage and continuously update the product catalog and profiles, ensuring that all product and service offerings are accurately described, aligned with current business capabilities, and easily accessible for reference and promotion. · Explore opportunities for new services, enhancements to existing products, and cross-sell strategies to existing customers by assessing market needs, client feedback, and business potential. · Coordinate efforts across EVERTEC's internal units such as Sales, Product Management, Business Analysts, and Operations to align strategies and execution for new product initiatives and enhancements. · Participate actively in product lifecycle processes, which includes conducting thorough market analysis, monitoring competitors, and tracking product performance indicators to inform strategic decisions. · Provide orientation, training, and support to Sales teams, distribution channels, and strategic partners, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to promote and sell products effectively. · Assume full responsibility for the product and service line's financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L), return on investment (ROI), budgeting, pricing strategy, and decisions related to expansion, investment, or divestment based on thorough financial and strategic analysis. · Ensures execution of all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for role as per assigned roles within established procedures and within approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established internal controls and documents any employee. 

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 

Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridas

A minimum of three (3) years with related experience in Product Management or the areas of Business or Product requirements, Product Analysis or Agile Methodology. Proficiency with industry-standard project manager tools and software. Project management experience, including resource allocation, planning, scheduling, and risk management
